How long are your memberships for?
For as long as you'd like! We offer term memberships of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, which qualify you for additional discounts when you "pre-pay" in advance for your entire membership, or you can simply choose to go month to month, it's totally up to you.
Remember, with no membership fees, no cancellation costs you really can't loose. At gourmetfoodclubs, everyone's a winner and treated like royalty!
What if I want to cancel a club membership?
No problem! There are no membership fees or cancellation costs of any kind whatsoever, so you can cancel at any time, no questions asked!

First off, as we said before, No Membership Fees and NO Cancellation Costs! Besides that, every single item is personally "hand-picked" by our team of gourmet food expert connoisseurs and aficionados. We personally visit as many of our suppliers as possible, where we get to know the owners and their families, their management team and the creators themselves, before tasting and choosing ONLY the very best products that each company has to offer.
This is why, with gourmet food clubs, you can always be assured that each and every product that we deliver, is the "Crème de le crème" from the smaller, specialty production companies. No mass produced, "bulk" or "close-out," discount "bargain-bin" left-overs, ever!

What if I don't like one of the monthly selections I receive? Do you offer any sort of a guarantee?
Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our ONLY Priority here at Coastal Vineyards. If you're ever, in any way, the slightest bit unhappy with our service, you can always cancel your membership without cost or penalty, at anytime, no questions asked!
What kinds of items do you include in your gift baskets and clubs?
Only the finest gourmet ingredients are chosen to be included in our premium gift baskets and Club packages. We scour the globe for unique and delicious, complimentary food items that are sure to please even the most discriminating palates.
How do you choose the monthly items featured in your clubs?
When making our selections, we look for two things: quality and uniqueness.
The quality is always verified by our staff experts, who are authorities in the given genre' of the specific product line being considered.
Uniqueness of each product is very important to us. You'll certainly never find any of our "specialty" foods and "complimentary items" anywhere on the shelf of your local grocery store or supermarket.
If I send a gift membership or gift basket, do you include a personal message?
Certainly! Whenever you place an order with, you'll always have the option of sending along a personally drafted message, that you can either send my email or dictate right over the phone, to our "Customer Service" staff member, who will be sure to send it right along with your gift, placed directly in the gift packaging.
This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip?
No, we never include a sales receipt in the package, However we do include a packing slip so that the recipient knows that it came from you.
