How can I contact a Customer Service Representative? Our gourmet food clubs Customer Service Staff is ready, willing and able to answer your questions any time Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

For telephone assistance: Simply dial (805) 426-4452 and we will be happy to assist you with placing, tracking, or modifying an order, as well as answering any and all questions that you might have about our products, club memberships, and company policies.

For email assistance: simply submit your inquiry by using the "contact us" page. A Customer Service Representative will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, either by email or by telephone, whichever you request.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3pm PST MON-FRI usually ship same day. Orders placed after the 3pm cutoff will ship the following business day. The exception to this is on orders placed on Thursday or Friday that require refrigeration. These orders will be held over and shipped the following Monday to ensure that your package is not left in some shipping warehouse over the weekend. Alternatively, you may specify a future date for delivery, in which case we will wait to ship until the appropriate time frame.
When you pick the "Standard (5-7 Business Days)" or "Premium (3 - 4 Business Days)" ship methods, the approximate arrival date serves ONLY as an estimation and is not guaranteed by that day. If you would like guaranteed delivery date, you MUST select one of the "2 Day Air", "Overnight", or "Guaranteed on Saturday Delivery" delivery methods.

How will my order be shipped?
We use a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives on time. Depending upon the size of the order we ship First Class Mail, Priority Mail with the USPS, UPS, FedEx or Golden State Overnight in certain areas.

How does the bacon stay fresh while in transit?
All bacon is shipped in the best possible manner to ensure ultimate freshness by utilizing such methods as: (1) dry ice, (2) state of the art "Gel-Packs" and/or (3) specially designed, protective thermal-insulated bubble wrap, (or any combination thereof).

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes. As former army brats and soldiers, we will do whatever it takes to send a package to a soldier. Please be mindful that countries like Iraq will not accept our bacon products because they are pork.

Do you Ship Internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States.

What States do you currently ship wine to?
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however all shipments will have a surcharge to cover the additional costs of shipping. We will automatically add these charges to your order during shipment.

If I am shipping my order as a gift, will the recipient know how much I paid?
We never include any pricing information on any of our packing slips. We only include the items and quantities that were shipped. If your packing slip does not match what you received in your order, please contact Customer Service and we will gladly fix the problem.

Membership Information
How long are your memberships for?
For as long as you'd like! We offer term memberships of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, which qualify you for additional discounts when you "pre-pay" in advance for your entire membership, or you can simply choose to go month to month, it's totally up to you.
Remember, with no membership fees and no cancellation costs you really can't lose. At gourmetfoodclubs, everyone's a winner and treated like royalty!

What if I want to cancel a club membership?
No problem! There are no membership fees so you can cancel at any time, no questions asked!

  • Pre-Paid Month Club Cancellations: You will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the remaining months of your club minus a 15% processing fee. Cancellations must also be made before the 25th of the month due to shipment processing dates.

  • Pay As You Go Monthly Bacon Club Cancellations: Your credit card will be charged your monthly club fee (price of club + shipping cost) on the 25th of the month so your monthly package can be sent out to you on the first of the month. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your subscription, it must be done so before the 25th of the month. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee. Once an item has been shipped, it can not be changed or refunded.

  • What makes your Club different from other Clubs?
    First off, as we said before, No Membership Fees and NO Cancellation Costs! Besides that, every single item is personally "hand-picked" by our team of gourmet food expert connoisseurs and aficionados. We personally visit as many of our suppliers as possible, where we get to know the owners and their families, their management team and the creators themselves, before tasting and choosing ONLY the very best products that each company has to offer. This is why, with gourmet food clubs, you can always be assured that each and every product that we deliver is the "crème de la crème" from the smaller, specialty production companies. No mass-produced, bulk, close-out, discount bargain-bin leftovers, ever!
    Our credo? We will only ship foods that we would serve in our homes to our families and friends.

    What if I don't like one of the monthly selections I receive? Do you offer any sort of a guarantee?
    Absolutely! Your satisfaction is our ONLY Priority here at Coastal Vineyards. If you're ever, in any way, the slightest bit unhappy with our service, you can always cancel your membership without cost or penalty, at anytime, no questions asked!

    What kinds of items do you include in your gift baskets and clubs? Only the finest gourmet foods are chosen to be included in our premium gift baskets and Club packages. We scour the globe for unique, exceptional food items that are sure to please even the most discriminating palates.

    How do you choose the monthly items featured in your clubs?

    When making our selections, we look for two things: quality and uniqueness. The quality is always verified by our staff experts, who are authorities in the specific product line being considered.

    Uniqueness of product is very important to us. You'll certainly never find any of our "specialty" foods and "complimentary items" anywhere on the shelf of your local grocery store or supermarket.

    If I send a gift membership or gift basket, do you include a personal message? Certainly! Whenever you place an order, you'll always have the option of sending along a personal message that you can either send by email or dictate over the phone to our Customer Service staff. They will be sure to send it along with your gift in the gift packaging.
